Introduction
The ETC website has been designed to be accessible regardless of what web-browser or computer system you are using or any disabilities you may have. All pages conform to or exceed the requirements set by the WAI Priority 1 guidelines and US Section 501 guidelines.
Navigation aids
A number of facilities are present on this website to make navigation easier:
- At the beginning of each page there are some extra links for audio and text browsers that let you jump ahead to the main page content or to the website navigation links. Access keys for these links are also available.
- All pages contain a “Back to top” link at the bottom so you don't need to scroll all the way up to see the top of the page again.

The following access key assignments can be used to navigate pages on this website:

To use use these access keys in a web-browser on a Windows or Linux computer, hold down the ALT key and press the desired access key. Macintosh users need to hold down the CTRL key instead. (Please note that these commands may differ on some systems and/or browsers. If in doubt please consult your web-browser's manual)
